2. Once approved, you will receive your Client Agreement for signature.
3. After this is signed, we will provide instructions on funding your Wallet
4. Access to the Client Portal at adalphas.com will be provided upon receipt of your deposit.
5. That’s it! You can create cards, top up, view balances and transactions all within your Client Portal.

Yes. A minimum wallet balance is required to ensure fees can be paid. This balance is completely refundable should you decide to cancel service.

• Up to 15 cards: $2000 minimum wallet balance
• 15 to 50 cards: $3500 minimum wallet balance
• 50 to 200 cards: $5000 minimum wallet balance
• 200+ cards: $7500 minimum wallet balance

• If the card is immediately rejected by your media provider (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc), we will replace the card at no additional charge.
• The Alpha Concierge team also advises members on how to avoid suspicious payment bans.

• Domestic transfers normally clear within one (1) business day.
• International transfers in USD normally clear within three (3) business days.
• International transfers in a foreign currency normally clear within five (5) business days.
• Cryptocurrency is immediate.

• There is a $10,000 daily spend limit on most individual cards.
• If you need this limit waived or increased, please contact Alpha Support.
• There is no account level maximum spend limit.

• Cards are customizable with any name and address globally.
• No proof of identity or address is required.

Transfers to your wallet can be made via wire transfer with a 0% fee, and cryptocurrency with a 5% fee.
